About The Eriadorian Army

Background:

The Eriadorian Army was formed after the Council of Elrond sent the Fellowship upon it's quest. The Free Peoples of Eriador have banded together to keep it's lands safe and free, and to extend help to all lands of Middle-earth threatened by the Shadow.

Organization:

The Eriadorian Army is a unique kinship alliance because our 4 core kinships are governed by the same leaders, ensuring that each kinship maintains the racial flavor that makes Middle-earth what it is while ensuring cooperation with other races as is necessary for the endgame. Each of our 4 kinships run their own events.

Values:

We value the same things most small kinships do: a friendly atmosphere, being kind to other players and not requiring our members to participate in events and activities. While we are patient and understand that we all have our moments, we will not allow players who are disruptive, demanding, or rude to stay with us. While we encourage our members to use clean words, there is a built-in language filter in LOTRO and if you choose not to use it we will not hold players that might offend responsible.

Playtime:

We play daily mostly between 8 pm and 2 am Eastern(GMT -4).

Recruiting:

The Eriadorian Army is seeking new members on one of four levels:

1. Full members: We are seeking mature players. The officer core is made up of professional adults, most with families, who enjoy LOTRO as their primary past time. We are looking for adults who can be relied upon, know that this, while being a great game, is just a game, and know that when you play you don't need ingame status to make you feel good about your life. With that in mind, we seek players that enjoy challenging themselves both versus other players in PvMP and against PvE.

2. Part-time members: We are seeking recruits that would like to try us out.  We understand and accept members who are only willing to commit some alts to our alliance and don't want to completely leave old friendships behind.

3. Alliance members: We are seeking whole kinships to join our alliance to help us bring more players together to take on more of the game.

4. Raid group: We are seeking players who merely want to raid with others. Signing up here will allow us to use the guild calendar and sign up sheet to organize raids. No need to formalize kinship alliances or change kinships for this.
